Licensed cannabis and hemp farms in Thailand can have their own sub-category under Farms. A sub-category is your farm’s own section of the forum, with its own list of topics. You can post updates, photos, harvest notes and events there. Partners and licensed buyers can see who you are and contact you directly. The board shows how your farm works. You cannot sell through it.
How to apply
- Email asiannabisthailand@gmail.com with your farm name and location, your licence number and/or business registration number, a short description of the farm, and your contact details. The admin team uses these details to check that the farm is real and licensed.
- The admin team checks the information. This makes sure that every farm board on the forum belongs to a real, licensed farm.
- Once your farm is approved, the admin team creates the sub-category. You then open your own topics in it, like any other member. The admin team does not post for you, so you decide what goes on your board and you are responsible for it.
If your application is not approved, you can ask the admin team about it below this topic.
What is needed before approval
- The farm is in Thailand.
- The farm holds a valid licence for its cannabis or hemp activities and/or a business registration.
- Everything you post must stay within the Notification of the Ministry of Public Health Re: Controlled Herbs (Cannabis), B.E. 2568 and the Ministerial Regulation on Cannabis or Hemp Extracts B.E. 2569. B.E. means the Thai Buddhist Era year, so B.E. 2568 is 2025 and B.E. 2569 is 2026. In practice:
- no advertising of cannabis flower
- no price lists
- no online selling
- no promotion of recreational use
Translator’s note: Under the B.E. 2568 Notification, cannabis flower has been a controlled herb since 26 June 2025. Flower may be sold only with a PT 33 (ภ.ท.33) prescription, for a maximum of 30 days. Advertising flower and selling it online are both prohibited. The Ministerial Regulation on Cannabis or Hemp Extracts B.E. 2569 has been in force since 26 April 2026. The Ministerial Regulation on Controlled Herbs (No. 2) B.E. 2569 has been in force since 30 April 2026, and it makes the licence criteria for cannabis flower stricter. Selling a controlled herb without a licence can lead to up to 1 year in prison and/or a fine of up to 20,000 baht (Section 78 of the Thai Traditional Medicine Protection Act B.E. 2542). Before you apply, check that your licence still meets the current criteria. You can read the original legal texts through this topic.
Before you post
Use your farm board to show how you farm. Do not use it to sell. If a thread reads like a sales listing, the admin team moves it. Before your first post, read what you can and cannot post on Asiannabis. If you are not sure a post is allowed, ask the admin team below this topic before you publish it. You can also ask questions about applying in the same place.
