The Advanced Nutrients programme and the questions it raises: the pH Perfect base lines, Big Bud and the flowering additives, the microbial products, and what the buffering technology does and does not remove from your routine.
The pH Perfect bases carry buffers intended to pull a mixed reservoir toward the range roots absorb in, which is genuinely useful in soft water and much less reliable once tap water carries a heavy bicarbonate load or once other additives are stacked on top. The claim is about the mixed solution, not about the root zone, and runoff from a peat pot or a coco bag can still drift far from where the bottle left it.
Two habits save most of the threads here. Measure anyway: a buffer you cannot see working is indistinguishable from one that has been overwhelmed. And treat the additive row as optional rather than mandatory, adding one product at a time so that a change in the plant can be attributed to something.
The sub-board is young, with one usage guide so far.
