Welcome to Bienestar Cannabis Farm

Bienestar Cannabis Farm is a cannabis farm in Thailand certified under GACP. GACP stands for Good Agricultural and Collection Practice, the standard for how medicinal plants are grown, harvested, dried and recorded. The farm produces high-quality, medical-grade cannabis for healthcare and export markets.

Note on Thai law: Content on this board must follow the Notification of the Ministry of Public Health Re: Controlled Herbs (Cannabis), B.E. 2568, in force since 26 June 2025. It must also follow the Ministerial Regulations of B.E. 2569:

  • Ministerial Regulation on Cannabis or Hemp Extracts B.E. 2569, in force since 26 April 2026
  • Ministerial Regulation on Controlled Herbs (No. 2) B.E. 2569, in force since 30 April 2026. It tightens the licence criteria for cannabis flower.

“B.E.” is the Thai Buddhist Era year: B.E. 2568 is 2025 and B.E. 2569 is 2026.

Translator’s note: Under the B.E. 2568 Notification, cannabis flower (ช่อดอกกัญชา) is a controlled herb. It can be sold only with a PT 33 (ภ.ท.33) prescription covering a maximum of 30 days. Advertising and online sale of flower are prohibited. For this reason, this board shares cultivation and compliance knowledge only and does not offer flower for sale.

Post your questions about the farm’s growing methods, GACP records or harvest results as a reply under this topic. The answers will stay here for every grower who reads the board.
