Translator’s note: GPO makes medicines from cannabis. Its standards therefore show you what a medical-grade buyer expects from raw material. If you want to supply GPO or another licensed manufacturer, expect to be asked for proof that your crop meets a good cultivation standard such as GACP. Ask the buyer which certificate it accepts. Before you plan a crop for this market, read the GACP threads to see which records and farm conditions you will need.

They must also follow the two Ministerial Regulations of B.E. 2569 (2026): the regulation on cannabis or hemp extracts (in force 26 April 2026) and Controlled Herbs (No. 2), which tightens licence criteria for cannabis flower (in force 30 April 2026). The forum cannot check every post, so read the original legal text before you act on anything.
Translator’s note: Under the 2025 Notification, cannabis flower may be sold only with a PT 33 prescription, for no more than 30 days’ supply. Advertising and online sale of flower are prohibited, so do not offer flower here or ask for it.
