Seed sits in a different legal position from the plant, and that position varies more between countries than almost anything else discussed on this forum. A trade that is lawful at both ends can still be unlawful in transit, and customs seizure is the ordinary outcome rather than the unlucky one, so settle the jurisdiction question in the thread before the price question. Describe the material honestly as well, meaning the cross, the generation, who made it and how it was stored, because a mislabelled packet costs the recipient a full season to discover.
