1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Asiannabis forum (“the Forum”) at asiannabis.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Forum.

2. Purpose and Scope

Asiannabis is a multilingual online community for licensed cannabis cultivators, medical practitioners, agricultural professionals, CBD industry participants, and industry stakeholders operating in Thailand and jurisdictions where cannabis, hemp, or CBD products are legally regulated.

The Forum provides a platform for:

Knowledge sharing on cannabis and hemp cultivation techniques, substrates, and fertilizers
Discussion of medical cannabis and CBD products within applicable legal frameworks
Regulatory updates and compliance guidance across multiple jurisdictions
Industry networking and professional development
GACP/GMP export standards and best practices
Cross-border knowledge exchange in cannabis science, agriculture, and policy

3. Legal Compliance

3.1 Thailand Cannabis Regulations

Cannabis in Thailand is regulated under the Protection and Promotion of Thai Traditional Medicine Knowledge Act and the Notification on Controlled Herbs (Cannabis) B.E. 2568 (2025), effective June 26, 2025. Key regulations include:

Cannabis flower is classified as a controlled herb — medical use only
A valid PT33 prescription from a licensed Thai practitioner is required for cannabis flower
Cannabis and hemp extracts with less than 0.2% THC are unrestricted
Public smoking of cannabis is prohibited
Online sales and vending of cannabis products are prohibited
All cultivation, production, and sales require proper licensing and ministerial permits (Ministerial Regulation B.E. 2569, April 2026)

3.2 Multi-Jurisdiction Disclaimer

This Forum is operated from Thailand under Thai law. The Forum serves a global community of professionals across multiple jurisdictions with varying cannabis and CBD regulations. Users from any jurisdiction are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in the Forum — and any actions discussed on the Forum — comply with the laws of their own country or region. The Forum does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that any information posted is applicable or lawful in your jurisdiction.

3.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Forum:

Cross-border commerce — advertising, soliciting, or facilitating the sale, delivery, or shipment of cannabis, hemp, CBD, or related products to any country outside the Kingdom of Thailand. All commercial activity on this Forum must operate exclusively within Thai territory and Thai law. Violations will result in immediate content removal and potential account suspension or ban
Direct sale, purchase, or solicitation of cannabis products
Discussion or promotion of recreational cannabis use
Sharing methods to circumvent cannabis regulations in any jurisdiction
Promoting cannabis use in ways that violate the laws of any jurisdiction — users must not post content that encourages or facilitates illegal cannabis activity in any country
Posting content that encourages illegal drug trafficking or smuggling
Providing medical advice without proper qualification
Sharing content targeting or accessible to minors (under 20 years of age — based on the most restrictive applicable cannabis regulation among jurisdictions we serve)

3.4 Permitted Discussions

The following discussions are expressly permitted, provided they comply with the laws of the jurisdictions being discussed:

CBD products that are legally available in the user’s jurisdiction
Medical cannabis programs authorized by law in specific countries (e.g., Thailand, South Korea, Israel, Germany)
Hemp cultivation and industrial hemp where legally regulated
Regulatory analysis and policy discussion — factual, educational discussion of cannabis laws in any jurisdiction, including jurisdictions where cannabis remains prohibited
Scientific research and clinical findings related to cannabinoids

3.4 Thailand-Only Commerce Restriction

All commercial discussions, advertisements, shop links, delivery offers, and retail promotions on the Forum must pertain exclusively to commerce within the Kingdom of Thailand. This includes but is not limited to:

Shop listings and product advertisements must serve Thai customers only
Delivery and logistics discussions must be limited to domestic Thai operations
No member, shop, brand, or sponsor may use the Forum to solicit customers, promote sales, or facilitate transactions targeting Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, or any other country outside Thailand
Fertilizer, substrate, and equipment vendor listings on the Forum must present their retail operations as Thailand-based

Enforcement: Content violating this restriction will be flagged, removed, and the posting account warned. Repeated violations will result in suspension or permanent ban. This policy is enforced through weekly automated moderation reviews.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in illegal activity, or disrupts the community, without prior notice.

5. Content

5.1 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant the Forum a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and archive your content within the Forum.

5.2 Content Standards

All content must:

Be factual, professional, and relevant to the Forum’s purpose
Comply with applicable laws, particularly Thai cannabis regulations
Not contain personally identifiable information of third parties without consent
Not infringe on intellectual property rights
Not contain hate speech, harassment, threats, or discriminatory language

5.3 Moderation

The Forum reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law. Content moderation decisions are at the sole discretion of the Forum administrators. Automated and periodic moderation may be used to maintain community standards across all supported languages.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Forum is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information posted on the Forum. Cannabis and CBD regulations change frequently — always verify current laws with official government sources in your jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability

Asiannabis Community, its operators, moderators, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Forum or reliance on any information obtained through the Forum. This includes, without limitation, any legal consequences arising from a user’s failure to comply with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

8. Intellectual Property

The Asiannabis name, logo, and original content are the property of Asiannabis Community. Third-party trademarks, brand names, and product information remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Forum is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Forum after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Significant changes will be announced via the Forum.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
