Welcome to Asiannabis — Asia’s premier cannabis community for licensed cultivators, medical practitioners, and industry professionals. These guidelines ensure our community remains a safe, legal, and valuable resource for everyone.

Who This Forum Is For

Asiannabis serves:

Licensed cannabis farms operating legally in Thailand and other jurisdictions
Medical practitioners prescribing cannabis under legal frameworks (e.g., Thailand’s PT33, South Korea’s medical program)
Agricultural professionals working with cannabis/hemp cultivation
Industry stakeholders in GACP/GMP, export, testing, and compliance
Researchers and educators in the cannabis/hemp sector
CBD industry professionals working with legally available cannabidiol products
Hemp industry participants in jurisdictions where industrial hemp is regulated

This forum is not intended for recreational cannabis users, tourists seeking cannabis, or individuals seeking to purchase cannabis products.

Legal Framework

Thailand Cannabis Law (Current as of 2026)

Cannabis in Thailand is regulated as a controlled herb under the Notification on Controlled Herbs (Cannabis) B.E. 2568, effective June 26, 2025:

Cannabis flower requires a PT33 prescription from a licensed practitioner
Extracts with less than 0.2% THC are unrestricted
All cultivation and sales require proper licensing
Recreational use is prohibited — penalties include up to 1 year imprisonment and 20,000 THB fine
Online sale of cannabis is prohibited

Not Allowed

Buying, selling, or soliciting cannabis products on the forum
Promoting recreational use of cannabis
Medical claims without proper qualification or evidence
Promoting cannabis use in ways that violate the laws of any jurisdiction — do not post content that encourages or facilitates illegal cannabis activity in any country
Circumventing regulations — no discussion of methods to bypass licensing, age limits, or prescription requirements
Content accessible to minors — all members must be 20+ years old
Commercial activity outside Thailand — all buying, selling, delivery, and retail must be limited to the Kingdom of Thailand only. Advertising sales to other countries is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate content removal
Spam, scams, or misleading promotions
Hate speech, harassment, or personal attacks
Sharing private/personal information of others without consent

Thailand-Only Commerce Policy

All commercial activity discussed, advertised, or facilitated on Asiannabis must operate exclusively within the territory and laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

Prohibited:

Advertising the sale, delivery, or shipment of cannabis, hemp, CBD, or related products to any country outside Thailand — including but not limited to Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, or any other jurisdiction
Soliciting orders or customers from outside Thailand
Posting shop links, delivery services, or retail offers targeting non-Thai territories
Any content that implies cross-border cannabis/hemp commerce from or to Thailand

Enforcement:

Posts violating this policy will be flagged and removed immediately
Members who repeatedly violate this rule will be suspended or permanently banned
This policy applies to all members, shops, brands, and sponsors without exception

Why: Asiannabis operates under Thai law. Cannabis regulations vary dramatically across jurisdictions — what is legal in Thailand may carry severe criminal penalties elsewhere. This policy protects our community, our members, and the integrity of Thailand’s legal cannabis framework.

Moderation

Our moderators ensure the community stays safe and productive:

Content violating these guidelines will be removed
Repeat violators may be suspended or banned
If you see a problem, flag it — don’t engage in arguments
Moderator decisions can be appealed via private message to admins
Automated moderation tools assist in maintaining standards across all supported languages
