List Your GrowShop on Asiannabis — How to Join

For Grow Shop Owners

Asiannabis has a category called GrowShops in Thailand. It is for grow shops that operate legally in Thailand. The people who read it are growers, medical professionals and people who work in the cannabis industry across Asia.

How It Works

Each shop that joins gets its own sub-category under GrowShops in Thailand. A sub-category is a sub-forum for one shop. The admin team creates it and gives you moderator rights so you can manage it. You can use it permanently to:

  • Introduce your shop (location, opening hours, specialties)
  • Share product updates, promotions and new arrivals for grow supplies (no offers of cannabis flower or extracts)
  • Give growing tips and product recommendations
  • Talk directly with the Asiannabis community

Posts in your sub-category are your shop’s own content. They are not the forum’s neutral editorial content, so readers should treat them as a shop’s own posts.

Requirements

  1. Thailand-based: your shop must be physically located and legally operating in Thailand.
  2. Licensed: you must hold a valid business licence or registration under Thai law. In your request, name the document the number comes from: commercial registration (ทะเบียนพาณิชย์), juristic person registration (ทะเบียนนิติบุคคล) or another licence.
  3. Compliance: all products and services must comply with the Notification of the Ministry of Public Health Re: Controlled Herbs (Cannabis), B.E. 2568 (in force 26 June 2025). They must also comply with the two Ministerial Regulations of B.E. 2569: the Ministerial Regulation on Cannabis or Hemp Extracts (in force 26 April 2026) and the Ministerial Regulation on Controlled Herbs (No. 2) (in force 30 April 2026). The original texts are published in the Royal Gazette (ราชกิจจานุเบกษา).

These requirements let the admin team confirm that a real, lawful shop runs each sub-category. Have your licence or registration number ready before you write to us.

Translator’s note: Under the 2568 Notification, cannabis flower (ช่อดอกกัญชา) is a controlled herb, which means it may be researched, exported, sold or processed only with a licence. Flower may be sold only with a PT 33 (ภ.ท.33) prescription, for a maximum of 30 days. Advertising flower and selling it online are both prohibited. That is why shop posts here may cover grow supplies only. Extracts above 0.2% THC may be licensed only to Thai juristic persons that are not “foreign” under the Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542, to state agencies and to the Thai Red Cross Society. If you sell pesticides, post only about products registered with the Department of Agriculture (กรมวิชาการเกษตร), and recommend them only for the uses on the label. Before you post, read what you can and cannot post and how to check that a fertiliser is sold legally in Thailand.
