The commercial side of cannabis in Thailand and Southeast Asia: licensing and compliance, consulting, events and jobs. Written for operators who need to know what a licence obliges them to do, not what a brochure says it enables.
Licensing & Compliance covers applications, conditions and inspections. Consulting Services, Events & Conferences and Jobs & Careers each have a sub-board.
Two things set the tone here. A licence is a set of continuing obligations rather than a permission granted once, and the penalties for breaching them are specific, graduated and documented, which is why the penalty map is the first thing worth reading. And the advertising prohibition applies to business posts as much as to consumer ones: a shop, a farm or a consultancy describing itself on this forum is still subject to the Notification of the Ministry of Public Health Re: Controlled Herbs (Cannabis), B.E. 2568.
One reference article is in place so far; the sub-boards are open for listings and questions.
