The second half is the part worth having. A programme tells you who paid for a stand; a report from someone who went tells you whether the buyers were real, whether the regulators showed up, and whether the ticket was worth the flight. Both are welcome, and a thread that carries the announcement and then the review is the most useful shape.
Two conventions. Put the dates, city and venue in the first post and the title, because an event thread is read months later by someone searching for exactly that. And if you are connected to the event as organiser, sponsor or exhibitor, say so in the post; disclosure is the whole difference between a listing and an advertisement, and advertising cannabis itself remains prohibited under Thai law.
