The format that works is boring and complete. Say whether you are selling or looking, what the item is, its condition and age, the asking price or your budget, where it is, and whether you will ship. Add photographs of the actual item rather than of the catalogue, and mark the thread as closed when it is done.
Two things apply to every listing. The forum does not broker, escrow or verify anything, so due diligence and payment method are the buyer’s own protection. And cannabis may not be listed here in any form: the flower is a controlled herb under the Notification of the Ministry of Public Health Re: Controlled Herbs (Cannabis), B.E. 2568, advertising it is prohibited and selling it online is prohibited, which covers a price, a stock announcement and an invitation to message privately alike.
